Shipping Policy

Artwork is shipped via FedEx and is tracked and insured.

Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges are added on the second page of checkout. Shipping fees vary based upon the size and shipping method of the artwork. Larger pieces need to be crated and shipped via freight.

Artwork is hand painted by the artist, and typically leaves the studio for crating and shipping in 14-21 days, the crating takes approximately a week, and shipping 2-4 days depending upon ship to location. You can expect to receive your artwork between 21 and 30 days (sometimes sooner) from the time of ordering. We'll keep in contact during the whole process so that you will know when to expect your artwork to be delivered in case you need to make arrangements for receiving.

Please inspect the box/crate before opening to make sure there is no obvious damage to the package and make note/take photos if there is. If there is any need to return the artwork please do so in the same shipping container or have it boxed up in the same manner to ship back. Call first for an RMA number so that we can arrange for pickup with FedEx.
